Compassion Design is a faith-centered creative strategy company serving mission-driven organizations, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. Rooted in the conviction that creativity is stewardship, the company blends branding, digital strategy, and systems thinking to help underestimated leaders clarify their message and build sustainable digital infrastructure.

At the center of the work is Ebonie’s proprietary Ebb Effect Methodology, a structured framework that bridges vision and execution—turning purpose into practical, repeatable strategy. Through this methodology, leaders gain not only brand clarity but operational systems that support long-term growth.

About Ebonie Farlow-Edwards:

Ebonie Farlow-Edwards is a strategist, educator, and creative leader known for her professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As Founder and CEO of Compassion Design, established in 2017, she specializes in brand development, marketing strategy, digital design, social media management, community health campaigns, and web design. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Louisiana State University Shreveport, Ebonie integrates compliance expertise, project management precision, and creative strategy to help purpose-driven leaders translate vision into sustainable impact.

As an Invested Faith Fellow, Ebonie addresses unjust systems by expanding access—to knowledge, opportunity, and visibility. She intentionally supports underestimated and overlooked entrepreneurs, particularly Black women, faith-driven creatives, and community builders who possess strong ideas but often lack structural support, strategic guidance, or access to networks.

She also models success in a field where people of color remain underrepresented, demonstrating that excellence, faith, and strategic rigor belong in every professional arena.

Compassion Design

Branding Blueprint: God’s Roadmap for Entrepreneurs is an 8-week cohort experience designed for 8–10 entrepreneurs. The program transforms how participants articulate their brand story, refine positioning, and build infrastructure for measurable impact. It integrates spiritual grounding with strategic business development.

Invested Faith funding will support the expansion of this work through the creation of a new 8-week social entrepreneurship program specifically for Black and Brown teens—introducing them early to purpose-driven business development, brand strategy, and community-centered enterprise.

Through Compassion Design, Ebonie Farlow-Edwards is building more than brands—she is building capacity, confidence, and economic agency within communities that have historically been underestimated. By integrating faith, strategic rigor, and creative systems thinking, she equips entrepreneurs not only to communicate their vision but to operationalize it sustainably. Her work advances a more equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem—one where clarity replaces confusion, structure replaces scarcity, and purpose-driven leaders are positioned to thrive.
